Purchases

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is correct and contains everything you need before you check out. The information that you provide must be accurate and your own personal data. We are unable  to change an order once it has been received or combine shipping on separately placed orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order (and process a refund in full)  without prior notice. 

Soapersudz has cosmetic safety reports for all necessary products and is fully compliant with UK (including EU) cosmetic regulations.

Prices and payment

Soapersudz currently only sells within the UK. Process are shown in GBP £sterling. We currently accept PayPal as payment. If you are local to us it may be possible to pay by cash.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products as and when necessary, without prior notice. Any price changes would not be applied to orders already received.

Payment in full is required before an order can be dispatched. Orders cannot be processed via our website checkout without payment in full.

Returns

All customers have the right to cancel their website order; please do so in writing within seven working days. Customers may return the item/s within fourteen days and will receive a full refund of the cost of the item/s, providing that they remain unused an in original packaging. Please contact us first to arrange a return. The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer unless the goods were sent in error. Perfectly imperfect bars are excluded from returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your goods are damaged and/or there is an item missing the customer is expected to advise Soapersudz within seven days of receipt of the order. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge if possible, but due to the limit number of each product made this may not always be possible. If this occurs the customer will be able to choose an alternative product of equivalent value or receive a full refund including any shipping costs. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost to the customer.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, goods can only be returned if the remain in the same packaging and in the same condition as the customer received them. Refunds for for goods, which have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer will not be refunded. Refunds for unopened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.
